Faulty External Wall Insulation (mould, cracks, stains caused by lack of proper seal behind the verge trims, lack of L-shapes, stress patches, suspicion of not properly fixed boards (lack of fixings) etc. …)

Our works as contracted:
-scaffolding, materials and waste disposal
-remove of loose chips (hacking off the existing roughcast would be equal to damages to insulation boards and replacement of whole system)
-155mm system fixings
-base adhesive coat with 160g scrim coat mesh embedded
-stress patches
-dry dash receiver and chips
-mastic sealant all around the system
