Thin Coat, Silicone based Render System applied to detached villa, garage and boundary wall in Bearsden last week.
System includes:
-hammer test / hacking off the bosses areas / dubbing out the substrate
-fungicidal wash
-bonding agent
-beads and trims
-base coat reinforced adhesive render
-reinforcement, fibreglass mesh all over the walls
-50mm mechanical system fixings (if required)
-2nd pass of the base coat render (smoothing)
-primer agent
-top coat silicone render 1.5mm
-mastic sealant all around the system
