Roughcast System to rear walls of two neighboring properties in Restalrig area.
Works breakdown:
-hack off all existing roughcast to the brickwork
-base coat
-fibreglass mesh
-60mm system fixings
-dash receiver (top coat) with dry dash finish (stones)
-smooth band render to windows and doors reveals/ingoes
-smooth basecoarse area
plus:
-black paint to cast iron soil vent pipework
-masonry paint to the windows sills and steps heads
